The main goal of the course is to help you master theoretical knowledge and acquire skills that are critical for a business analyst on a project
The course will teach how to communicate with the client, how to specify and manage requirements and how to interact with the development team

You will go through all main stages of Business Analysis while working on your project from the first day of the course


Finishing the course, you will:

  • analyze stakeholders, the business context, and the current state for building new solutions
  • know how to better communicate with the client and how to identify the requirements through the interviews
  • perform better at document analysis, brainstorming and workshops, problems’ analysis, and root causes
  • learn how to define and document the solution scope, specify requirements with Use Cases and User Stories, and create core business analysis documents
  • learn how to manage requirements: prioritize, control the quality of requirements, document, and submit implemented requirements
  • know how to work with different levels (business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and solution requirements) and types (functional and non-functional) of requirements
